Ibiza Dates Fill Up Earlier Than You'd Think
Ibiza's wedding season runs from May to October, but the sweet spot — June and September — books up fast. Saturdays in these months are the first to go, often 6–9 months ahead. If you've got your heart set on a Saturday in September 2027, you're already competing with other couples for the same venues, DJs, photographers and photo booth slots.
We typically see our September Saturdays fill by Christmas of the year before. July and August weekends follow shortly after. If your date is flexible (a Thursday or Friday wedding, or a mid-week celebration), you'll have more options — but even then, the most popular suppliers book up months ahead.
What to Book First
Venue: This is the big one. Ibiza's most sought-after wedding venues — Atzaró, Amante, Cas Gasi, Hacienda Na Xamena — book 12–18 months ahead for peak dates. Lock this in first; everything else follows.
Photographer: The top Ibiza wedding photographers are booked a year ahead. Get yours sorted early.
Entertainment: DJs, bands, and photo booths fill up 3–6 months ahead for peak dates. Booking now for 2027 means you get first pick of dates and booth types.
Catering and florals: These tend to have more flexibility, but the best caterers and florists on the island still book up well in advance for high season.
